Sustainable Development Goals through Productive Fisheries Waqf

Waqf is one of the financial instruments in Islamic economics besides Zakat. Currently, management waqf funds has intensified by Government and institutions because its enormous potential Indonesia. One them Productive Seafood program implemented Global Waqf-ACT. However, studies on productive waqf, especially those that discuss agricultural sector improving fishers' economy, are still minimal. Therefore, this qualitative explanatory research aims to formulate a seafood scheme Waqf-ACT could help achievement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The result shows provide more benefits, for anglers sector. Another benefit can be achieved managed also supports several main points SDGs, such as no poverty hunger, providing good health, life below water, partnership goals.
